"Do I pay a placement fee?"
No. Our customers are responsible for all fees, not the talent we represent. You pay nothing to register with us or find opportunities through us. When you accept an offer of direct employment with one of our customers, we charge the customer a fee -- typically based on a percentage of your annual salary.
"Will I be pressured to accept employment offers?"
Your Yoh recruiter will work to ensure that only those opportunities that truly suit your skills, expereience and career goals are presented to you. If, despite these efforts, you feel that a particular opportunity is not for you, we encourage you to decline the offer and work with our recruiters to identify the aspects of the position that did not meet your needs. This way, we can more accurately target the perfect position for your unique needs.
