"Do I pay a placement fee?"
No.  Our customers are responsible for all fees, not the talent we represent. You pay nothing to register with us or find opportunities through us. When you are on an assignment, we pay you by the hour and charge the customer for your services.

"When I'm on an assignment for Yoh, who is my actual employer?"
Yoh is your employer. We issue your paycheck, withhold appropriate taxes, and conduct performance reviews.

"What if one of the customers wants to hire me direct?"
We consider it a compliment to our recruiting and screening process when a customer is so pleased with one of our candidates that they make a direct employment offer.  If our customer approaches you with an offer of direct employment, contact your Yoh recruiter to discuss your options and next steps.  We will handle all details with the customer to ensure a smooth transition if direct employment is of interest to you.
